Responsive Commercial and Industrial Loads Providing Spinning Reserve

Project Status:
Completed

This project sought to demonstrate of the use of large responsive loads from industrial processes, such as aluminum smelters, and commercial buildings, such as air conditioning systems in hotels, as sources of spinning reserves.
